Since 1994, Precision Organizing & Records Management has provided professional organizing and comprehensive records management services to residential, corporate and municipal clients. The company specializes in records and information policy creation and administration, employee and market surveys, policy manual development, workflow solutions, and professional organizing consulting.
Principal Karen Payne, a long-time member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), a Certified Records Manager (CRM) and chairperson of membership for Rio Grande chapter of the Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA).
Precision Organizing relocated to Rio Rancho, New Mexico, in 2007, the same year that Karen became a Certified Professional Organizer® (CPO®). She serves on the Certification Board Scheme Committee involved in suggesting changes to eligibility requirements for the CPO®.
Karen currently serves on the Board of Directors of Keep Rio Rancho Beautiful. She is an Ambassador for the Rio Rancho Chamber of Commerce and secretary and treasurer of the Rio Rancho Toastmasters Club. Karen is also an instructor at the University of New Mexico.
Karen received her BA from East Carolina University and an MBA from Wake Forest University. She is a past president of the Wisconsin Chapter of NAPO, and was awarded Chapter Member of the Year in 2005 by ARMA-Milwaukee.
